Air Filter Element (Short)

Fusheng air compressor air filter element is an important part of the air compressor intake system.

Function:

- Filter impurities: intercept dust, particles, pollen and other impurities in the air to prevent them from entering the air compressor host, avoid wear and scratches on the internal parts of the host, and ensure the normal operation of the host.

- Protect the system: reduce the pollution of impurities to the lubricating oil, extend the service life of the lubricating oil, and prevent impurities from entering the oil-gas separation system, ensure the oil-gas separation effect, and improve the quality of compressed air.

- Reduce energy consumption: keep the air intake smooth, so that the air compressor works under normal intake pressure, reduce the energy consumption of the air compressor, and improve energy utilization efficiency.

Structure: usually composed of filter element body, end cover, sealing ring and other parts. The filter element body is mostly a folded structure to increase the filtration area; the end cover is used to fix the filter element and connect the air compressor intake pipe; the sealing ring ensures the sealing between the filter element and the installation part.
